He was born and grew up in Osaka, Japan.
When he was 20 years old, he decided to have a “dream year” and do whatever he liked.
that year quit his Photograher assistant job, he traveled to India, and started working at a “beach house” in summer, then a pizza shop at a snow-resort in winter.
Since then he has spent every winter living in snow, an every summer by the beach. 15 years and counting…
Surfing on waves, snow, and on the road.
